Welcome to Choose Clarity
I am very excited and proud of the last month’s events when I finalized my vision and launched my website. It feels great to be following my dream and living my life’s mission. Thank you for being here with me. I invite you to be open and vulnerable.
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity. It is the source of hope, empathy, accountability, and authenticity. If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.” Brene Brown
As I met the love of my life 10 years ago and was ready to start a family, I thought I got it! I helped raise my 9 years younger sister, babysat plenty of children and spent a few months in Spain as an Au Pair. Gosh, was I wrong! Becoming a mother myself made me aware of a whole new world. Not only it confronted me with my own shadows and forced me to work on them but also it forced me to reevaluate my core values. While loving my girls to pieces and feeling grateful and honored to be their mom I consider the motherhood being the most dramatic transition so far in my life. During this transition I discovered mindfulness and it helped me on my journey and gave me the clarity of my passion. But also it offered me the opportunity to connect with amazing human beings and reminded me that ultimately we all crave connection. To be connected, you often need to be vulnerable and ready to jump in despite the uncertainties.
Here I am, dear reader. The same person who has made the most regrettable mistakes as a mother and the same person who’s way of being some years ago makes me cringe. That is why I am endlessly grateful for neuroplasticity. You can change the way you are in the world. You don’t need to be stuck on something that has always bothered you. You have the power to shift your consciousness around a difficult situation you are dealing with.
This can appear impossible when you have other priorities to attend and focusing on yourself is not on top of your list. Young children can do it to you! I have been there and I know, there is a way out. It takes some time and it’s a fascinating, never-ending project.
If you are curious or inclined to start your own project I invite you to book a free Discovery Call and to stay tuned for more. It is coming!
